The Need For This Course
The Executive Management and its team are in charge of the day-to-day running of the microfinance bank. They are principally in charge of creating value for the Bank.
The members of the Executive Management and the team they work with should be sound, knowledgeable and skilled in order to perform their roles of creating value for the bank and ensure perpetuity of same.
In view of this, they must be trained and retrained to be enable them deliver superlative results for the owners of their banks.
It is against this Backdrop that this 1-day intensive course is designed for the Management Staff of Microfinance Banks.
