The Need For This Course
The world is not static. Organizational environment is ever – changing. To cope with the changes, organizations need to be creative and innovative. By creativity, an organization should be able to generate new and non-existing ideas about its processes. When these ideas are being applied, we say that the organization is innovative. No organization can cope with the vagaries of business environment without being creative and innovative. While it is necessary to have intuitive power and potentials, it has been proved that creativity and innovation skills are acquired through learning and Training process.
It is against this fact that this 5-day Training on Creativity, Innovation and Change is designed.
