The Need For This Course
In Nigeria, we are not short of creative ideas. Organizations spend valuable resources – money, time, energies etc. to conduct strategy sessions where robust strategic plans are crafted both in private and public sector. What do we find; the execution of such plans in many cases will just be a mirage due to leadership issues. Leadership, being a group of people supposedly in charge of running an organization or various sections of same needs to be experts in the art of leading / influencing people in an Organization.
Strategy on the other hand is a road map, a ploy, a course of action carefully crafted and implemented to make an organization achieve its purpose and vision.
This 5-day Training is packaged to build the capacity of Managers and above in the art of Executive Leadership and Strategic Management.
